Currently all of QTI services use electronic means to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results including Reservations, Front Desk and Group Sales Mystery Shopping, External Monitoring Assessments, Universal Benchmarking and Managed Coaching.

All results are available to be reviewed online, including

  • Monthly Property Reports

  • Regional and Corporate Roll-ups

  • Perfect Call Certificates personalized with the hotel and agent's name

  • Universal Benchmark Reports

  • Managed Coaching - Tracking and Reporting

Users may choose to review the reports in real-time using their personal secure login at www.QualityTrack.com or they may elect to receive all their desired reports automatically at pre-defined times via email attachment.

In addition, users who login in to QTI may listen to the audio recordings of their calls online. Recordings are also available to be reviewed through the QTI phone voicemail system.

In the event that there is a question related to the scoring of a particular call, an efficient online call challenge process is available.
