  • FoQus Coaching is a new sales skill development tool that focuses training resources exactly where they are needed, when they are needed.

  • Hotel properties are assigned a FoQus Personal Coach who becomes the reservation team's single point of contact.

  • The performance of the reservations team is monitored through a mystery shop call program. Based on call results, the areas where individual agents require assistance and training are identified and a live personal coaching session with a QTI coaching specialist is immediately scheduled for the agent.

  • The personal, one-on-one coaching sessions are scheduled as soon as the need is detected. QTI takes the initiative to ensure that every reservation agent receives the specific training they need when they need it.
