is a new sales skill development tool that focuses training
resources exactly where they are needed, when they are needed.

Hotel properties are assigned a
FoQus Personal Coach who becomes the reservation team's single point
of contact.

The performance of the reservations
team is monitored through a mystery shop call program. Based on
call results, the areas where individual agents require
assistance and training are identified and a live personal
coaching session with a QTI coaching specialist is immediately
scheduled for the agent.

The personal, one-on-one coaching
sessions are scheduled as soon as the need is detected. QTI
takes the initiative to ensure that every reservation agent
receives the specific training they need when they need it.

Unlike quarterly or other types of
intermittent training, immediate the FoQus coaching
process
corrects problems as they occur, before they can become
habit and ingrained in the agent's behavior.

Unlimited personal FoQus Coaching sessions are conducted as often as needed.
This
ensures the ongoing performance of the individual reservation
agents.

The program, including unlimited
personal FoQus Coaching sessions and all
mystery shopping is provided at a economical flat rate per month with
several plans available to suit the needs of every
property type or size.

be conducted based on the QTI "Core" criteria, or using a
client's own customized criteria and standards as coaching
guidelines.
