Until now hotels
and hotel companies desiring to benchmark their results against
other properties were limited to comparing strict “apples to apples” scoring
checklists within their own company, brand, or network.
Commencing in the
third quarter of 2004, QTI will introduce Universal
Benchmarking. Now your hotel or company can select from a wide
selection of customized reports that compare your performance for
any specific checklist item against blended results from the
extensive QTI client base.
Using our unique
in-house technology, QTI aggregates the results of the more than
20,000 calls processed each month on an criterion-by-criterion
basis enabling comparisons to be made on common criterion. All
reporting is anonymous and based on blended data. No client
specific results are identified. Benchmarking reports can be
filtered by numerous other factors including geographic location,
property classification, market tier and brand.
